Requirements
Must:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Service, and Cognitive Services
- Hands-on experience with Databricks Genie and developing AI agents for enterprise scenarios
- Familiarity with Microsoft Certification Program for secure integration of AI models with external tools and APIs
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and RESTful API integration
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI services, and practical work with Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML model evaluation, machine learning algorithms, and data processing techniques
- Expertise in designing MLOps pipelines, covering security for model registry, secure deployment, and runtime monitoring for AI models
- Experience integrating AI into applications using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask, along with task queues and observability
- Intermediate programming skills in Python, focusing on the development of secure and scalable AI solutions
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent (preferred)
- Databricks Certified: Generative AI Engineer Associate or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI lifecycle management (preferred)
- Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices for AI model deployment on Azure (preferred)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced conversational AI solutions utilizing Azure AI technologies and Databricks
- Use Visual Studio Code, Databricks, and AI Studio for model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Create and manage AI agents for automation and enhanced conversational interactions
- Integrate AI services within applications using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, and Flask, and build secure REST endpoints and async workers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, design conversational flows, and implement scalable solutions
- Monitor and refine AI model performance to ensure reliability and precision
- Develop reusable components and pipelines in Azure AI and Databricks for expedited solution deployment
- Uphold data privacy and security standards in all AI implementations
