Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Over 4 years of experience in software development (Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer / Programmer)
- More than 2 years of experience with ERP systems and integrations (Sage preferred)
- Strong expertise in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, or similar
- Proficient in backend technologies including Node.js, Python, Java, or similar
- Skilled in developing APIs and scalable web applications
- Practical experience integrating AI/ML models, OpenAI APIs, or automation tools
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an advantage
- Familiarity with database systems like MySQL, MS Access, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD methodologies is a plus
- Understanding of AI security, data privacy, and ethical AI practices
- Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an asset

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and manage scalable full-stack applications
- Tackle complex technical issues, including coding, troubleshooting, and system enhancement
- Create and integrate AI-driven solutions that meet business objectives
- Apply best practices in software development such as version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain system performance, reliability, and scalability across various applications
- Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI models and agents, including metrics creation, A/B testing, and performance assessment
- Implement security and governance measures for AI, including PII management, protection against prompt injections, content filtering, and access management
- Set standards for data and model reliability, ensuring thorough monitoring, performance improvement, and cost-effectiveness
- Offer technical guidance on emerging technologies and system advancements
- Manage delivery through code management, configuration management, and automation tools like GitHub
