Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 5 years of experience in product management
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and lead cross-functional execution
- Strong analytical and communication abilities; skilled in influencing technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and functional teams to foster innovation and adoption
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the product strategy for customer experience analytics concerning OTA software updates
- Lead the creation of dashboards highlighting user-centric metrics such as engagement, sentiment, friction points, and satisfaction
- Collaborate with teams in data engineering, UX research, customer support, and vehicle software to consolidate diverse data sources into a cohesive experience view
- Convert customer feedback and behavioral data into actionable insights for product, engineering, and operations teams
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics that reflect actual customer impact rather than just technical success
- Promote a culture centered on customer empathy and data-driven decision-making across the OTA ecosystem
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence project priorities and roadmaps
