Test Engineer Senior

To succeed in this role, I will need a Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) and have 5+ years of related experience. I should have familiarity with various SDLC methodologies and strong experience with automated testing tools/frameworks/languages, such as Selenium, UFT, TestNG, Cucumber, NUnit, JUnit, JMeter, etc. I will also collaborate as part of an agile team utilizing Scrum, XP, Kanban, or SAFe agile methods, maintain controlled test datasets and scenarios, work with DevSecOps pipelines, and write automated tests for web-based applications, web services, APIs, and databases. Additionally, I will conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across various platforms and identify, document, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps. A preferred skill is having an ISTQB or similar software tester certification, and I must possess an active Top Secret clearance/Department of Energy Q. This position requires me to work on-site in Gaithersburg, MD, Washington, DC, or Las Vegas, NV, with less than 10% travel required. The likely salary range for this position is between $91,811 - $106,950, contingent upon experience and geographic location.
