Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in JADOCS support
- B.A./B.S. Degree (4 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a B.A./B.S. Degree; with an A.A./A.S. degree, 2 years of additional work experience may also be substituted for a B.A./B.S. Degree)
- CompTIA Security + certification required
- Skills in Communication, Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Software Integration, Troubleshooting, and VMware
- Military experience is desirable
- US Citizenship is required
Responsibilities
As a Systems Engineer supporting the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) in Naples, Italy, you will:
- Initialize, place into operation, and troubleshoot software interfaces of JADOCS
- Assist new users with managing system requirements, including data management and recovery
- Provide technical assistance and training to users and maintainers
- Apply IAVA software patches and service pack updates
- Assist with fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware systems and components
- Interface JADOCS to external C4I systems, ensuring proper configuration
- Perform routine system maintenance, including hardware configurations and diagnostic testing
