Requirements
Must:
- Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret/SCI
- Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top Secret SCI + Polygraph
- Job Family: Systems Administration
- Skills: Active Directory (AD), IT Hardware, Microsoft Windows Server
- Certifications: None required
- Experience: 10+ years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required: Yes
- Education: Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or Master’s with 10 years of experience
- Required Skillset: In-depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems and ability to provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
- Required Certifications: DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification required before starting on the contract; IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent; must obtain the full AZ104 Microsoft Azure Administrator within 180 days from the start date.

- Additional Notes: Candidates must be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph for certain positions. The position may require lifting objects, reaching/bending/kneeling, and travel may be required to support the mission.
Responsibilities
As a Systems Administrator Senior, I will be responsible for:
- Activities related to system administration, including assigning personnel to various projects, directing their activities, and evaluating their work.
- Ensuring long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization.
- Installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software.
- Implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Performing systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks.
- Monitoring accounts, security, Operating System (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions.
- Supporting implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Managing IT system infrastructure and related processes.
- Providing support for day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of issues.
- Supporting the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Supporting the dispatch of system and hardware problems and being involved in the resolution process.
- Configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems.
- Isolating and resolving hardware and software problems.
- Troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, and configuring network components.
- Integrating new technologies into existing systems, including transition and migration of corporate systems.
