Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow/SharePoint SME, I will support a national security program for our prestigious client at the highest levels of government in Arlington, Virginia. I will be responsible for:
- Mapping, analyzing, and translating legacy business workflows into ServiceNow.
- Collaborating with business units to port functionality from legacy applications into ServiceNow.
- Identifying limitations or gaps in the current ServiceNow implementation and proposing workflow-driven improvements.
- Supporting the migration of the SharePoint environment from 2013 to 2019.
- Analyzing and refactoring SharePoint 2013 use cases to leverage new capabilities of SharePoint 2019.
- Providing business-focused solutions utilizing SharePoint 2019 features to improve collaboration and productivity.
- Managing backend databases supporting both ServiceNow and SharePoint environments.
- Creating and optimizing SQL/T-SQL queries for reporting and data migration.
