Requirements
Must:
- Currently possess an Interim Top Secret clearance.
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of related experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role managing large cybersecurity managed services programs.
- Direct experience with CISA and preferably in managing cybersecurity managed services programs.
- Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Proficiency in advanced cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, firewalls).
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with clients and senior leadership.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, or similar are highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for our large cybersecurity managed services team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
- Oversee the management and operation of all cybersecurity managed services, ensuring efficient monitoring, detection, and response to cybersecurity incidents.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client executives, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Lead the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes, tools, and technologies to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and oversee incident response activities, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
- Prepare and present strategic reports and briefings to senior leadership and clients regarding security incidents, trends, and overall cybersecurity health.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous learning within the cybersecurity team.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful execution of the managed cybersecurity services contract.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry developments, incorporating relevant advancements into our cybersecurity strategy.

As the Senior Director of Cybersecurity – Program Manager, you will apply your expertise to advance our mission and optimize our business strategy. Your role will involve managing a large cybersecurity managed services program that supports CISA in its mission to protect the United States Government from cybersecurity threats.
We offer a competitive salary range of $212,500 - $287,500, though actual compensation will be based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
