Requirements

Must:
- Security Clearance Level: Must currently have an Active Top Secret clearance and the capability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance. - Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in managing and administering Citrix NetScaler environments and Windows operating systems. - Technical Skills: Expertise in Citrix, Citrix Netscalers, Citrix VDI, VMware VDI. - Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II (CompTIA Security+ CE) is required. - Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Technology or a related field; or, if lacking the formal education, at least 5 additional years of documented experience that meets all position requirements. - Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship is a must.

Responsibilities

As a Citrix Administrator in our IT Technology Development division, I will: - Oversee the management, configuration, and upkeep of Citrix systems to guarantee secure, efficient, and high-performance application delivery. - Handle Citrix NetScaler appliances, manage load balancing, implement SSL certificates, facilitate access to organizational VDI (LEAP), and enforce security protocols. - Monitor system health, optimize performance, automate tasks using scripting tools, and apply necessary updates and patches. This includes supporting Citrix environments such as Provisioning Server and AppSense. - Administer published applications, manage support tickets, oversee Citrix infrastructure (VDI, VMware), and utilize tools like Citrix Director and EdgeSight for monitoring. - Maintain a strong technical understanding of Citrix products, focusing on performance, availability, and security. - Ensure systems are secured and hardened, which includes patching, updates, and applying STIGs to supported Citrix systems. - Update and maintain master VDI images. - Demonstrate experience or knowledge in domain/Active Directory administration, DNS, and group policy objects.
