- Skills: CMDB, Configuration Management (CM), ITSM
- Certifications: None required.
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience.
- US Citizenship: Required.
Responsibilities
As a Configuration Management Administrator supporting USSTRATCOM, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Maintain the CMDB, accurately denoting asset inventory and troubleshooting issues with discovery, along with compiling and updating NetTerrain and cabling diagrams.
- Establish and enforce software configuration management (SCM) policies and processes for Agile Release Trains (ARTs) including code control, daily builds, and regression tests.
- Coordinate and control change implementation; monitor and report on the success of change implementation.
- Establish appropriate authorization controls for modifying configuration items and verify compliance with software licensing.
- Manage and maintain the configuration management system within the ITSM system, ensuring a logical model of the IT service areasβ devices and relationships.
