Requirements

Must:
- Top Secret/SCI clearance level currently possessed. - Must be able to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level. - No Public Trust/Other required. - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. - 8+ years of related experience. - US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

As an Operations & Support Engineer at our company, I will ensure the safety and security of our nation while applying the latest technology and providing operational support to mission-critical systems. My specific duties will include: - Supporting existing regional staff to ensure applications and services are functioning as expected. - Serving as Tier 3 CONUS operations support to address technical issues or high-impact incidents in coordination with regional staff and leads. - Capturing "Lessons Learned" from incidents, providing feedback to the development team for fixes or enhancements, and maintaining playbooks for future remediation. - Communicating across teams for incidents that require input and/or resolution from external teams (e.g., Application Owners, Networking, IDAM Providers).
