Infrastructure Operations Lead

As a Network Engineer/Specialist, I will play a crucial role in transforming technology into opportunity. I will be responsible for leading the IT Infrastructure Operations contractor team to provide operations and maintenance to our customer network and systems. My key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and operating applications, systems, and networks. - Supporting the configuration management and change management process. - Implementing approved changes and reporting progress. - Providing patch management and updates to remove vulnerabilities. - Administering the Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). - Performing operations and maintenance on Data Center Operations. - Offering technical expertise to operate and maintain data centers, both on-prem and cloud-based. - Monitoring infrastructure availability and performance. - Providing Non-Core Hours Operations Support for critical cybersecurity incidents and outages. - Designing and estimating solutions for clients. - Leading special projects and reporting progress to leadership. - Managing staff, including scheduling and performance expectations. - Reviewing reports and monitoring dashboards for performance and support needs. - Coordinating with internal and external service providers to resolve network problems. - Leading daily scrums and client meetings as a technical working lead.
