- Prior mobile or public key infrastructure (PKI, Smartcard) experience is a plus
- Preferred one or more industry standard certifications (A+, Security+, Network+, etc.)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move 30 lbs. of equipment
Responsibilities
As an IT Mart Systems Administrator, I am responsible for:
- Performing systems administrative and operational duties on computer systems.
- Managing accounts in Active Directory.
- Welcoming and greeting customers when handling front desk operations.
- Analyzing, evaluating, testing, and repairing basic hardware problems.
- Preparing activity and progress reports regarding support activities.
- Responding to, investigating, and correcting problems.
- Acting as a technical resource for user queries.
- Contributing to developing and implementing improvements in account management processes.
- Working to achieve SLAs when resolving customer issues.
- Organizing and conducting one-on-one and small group training in the use of commercial and government off-the-shelf software products (COTS and GOTS).
- Providing troubleshooting diagnosis and repair for laptops and mobile devices.
Description
The work is located in Washington, D.C. and requires approximately 10-25% travel. The scheduled weekly hours for this position are 40 hours, and I will work onsite.
