Responsibilities
- I will install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software both in person and using remote access tools.
- I will provide end-user software and hardware troubleshooting.
- I will apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
- I will administer e-mail, Microsoft Office, and other applications.
- I will provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
- I will identify, investigate, resolve, and follow up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.
- I will maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
Description
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $19.84 - $25.43, dependent on experience, geographic location, and potentially contractual requirements. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
