Responsibilities

As a Help Desk Technician IV, I will provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware and software. My role will be crucial in transforming technology into opportunities, connecting and enhancing the systems that matter most in enterprise IT.

Description

To be successful in this position, I will need an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree and two required certifications for the program: Security+ CE or another 8570 Certification, and the PWS 9.1 certification. The likely hourly rate for this position is between $31.47 - $42.57, set based on experience, geographic location, and potential contractual requirements.
