Requirements

Must:
- Must possess a Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance. - Must be able to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance. - No Public Trust or other requirements. - US Citizenship is required. - 8+ years of related experience in Cyber Security. - Skills in Forensic Tools, Operating Systems (OS), and Solid-State Drives (SSD). - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Responsibilities

As a Cyber Security Analyst, I ensure that we effectively support and advance our clients' missions. I perform hands-on forensic review of devices, including laptops and mobile devices, using forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, X-Ways, Magnet IEF, or BlackLight. I handle and image various types of evidence from SSDs, HDDs, thumb drives, volatile memory, and compact disks. I conduct data extraction and analysis from various sources including files, logs, directories, unallocated space, and custom databases. I also parse data types to extract metadata and content of forensic value from various data sources while demonstrating an in-depth understanding of multiple operating systems like Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android. I use virtualization software and conduct analysis of identified malicious software or code using both static and dynamic methods. Additionally, I utilize debuggers and disassemblers and understand system kernel level processing to detect and report significant kernel events.

The expected salary range for this position is between $152,737 - $206,645, which may vary based on experience and location.
