Responsibilities
- I will provide direct support for Cloud Management Interface information assurance.
- I will collaborate with contract teams to ensure compliance with ICD 503 requirements and the customer’s Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- I will work with engineering and operations team members to establish processes for implementing Cloud Service Provider (CSP) patches and third-party vendor patches.
- I will validate that CSP patching is completed at required intervals to maintain overall system health, security, and meet RMF Step 6 Continuous Monitoring requirements.
- I will support solutions needed to capture enterprise audit data per ICD 503 requirements.
- I will work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- I will develop or assist with the creation of technical documentation to support information assurance requirements.
- I will stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance the Cloud Management Interface solution.
Description
GDIT is seeking highly motivated engineers with a passion for learning to support the construction of a Multi-Cloud Ecosystem through our centralized Cloud Management Interface (CMI). This position will involve working closely with government and contractor staff to design, integrate, operate, and secure services within the CMI, contributing to the enhancement of our hybrid cloud environment. Team members will support their solutions throughout the IT project lifecycle, including refining requirements, creating design documentation, developing installation instructions and deployment plans, and providing operations and maintenance support.
