Requirements

Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in product management, preferably with consumer SaaS or subscription products focused on growth and monetization. - Demonstrated success in driving business expansion through product initiatives, such as enhancing conversion rates, ARPU, or reducing churn. - Strong customer-centric approach, viewing growth as a result of effectively addressing customer needs rather than merely pushing products. - Solid background in pricing, packaging, and lifecycle optimization, with experience collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams. - Proficiency in data analysis, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experiment design, and financial impact modeling. - Ability to navigate complex global environments, aligning various stakeholders on clear objectives, priorities, and metrics. - Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Preferred experience in cybersecurity or other sectors where trust and transparency are vital to long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Drive the growth strategy for the Norton Suite, enhancing product experiences to boost brand awareness and demand. - Develop seamless upgrade paths that provide additional value and elevate customer satisfaction with the Norton brand. - Manage the entire growth journey, including trials, upgrades, cross-selling, upselling, and retention strategies. - Continuously refine lifecycle stages to ensure compliance with customer expectations and regulations. - Collaborate with Commercial teams to synchronize messaging and promotions across various channels. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and formulate plans to enhance them, focusing on conversion and customer lifetime value. - Conduct structured experiments on pricing, packaging, and lifecycle strategies, scaling successful initiatives. - Utilize both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product improvements based on customer behavior. - Create and uphold an outcome-driven roadmap that aligns with the overall Norton strategy. - Clearly define requirements and work alongside Engineering, Design, and Data teams for quick and effective results. - Collaborate with the Norton Discovery & Engagement Product Manager to foster a seamless transition from initial engagement to sustained customer retention. - Liaise closely with Commercial, Sales, Finance, and regional teams to pinpoint market needs and growth avenues. - Present findings, plans, and outcomes to senior management and engage in broader growth strategy discussions.
