Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience with back-end systems like order management systems, CRM Applications, or reporting and tracking tools
- Experience in system implementation, maintenance, or enhancements
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities
- Proficient in using current Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor
- Commitment to Garmins Mission, Vision, and Values while supporting internal and external customers
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks independently in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Conduct moderately complex administration and troubleshooting of assigned systems or programs
- Serve as the main point of contact for functionality-related inquiries and issues regarding assigned applications
- Engage in discussions about functionality, design, and procedures, documenting requests for enhancements and new features
- Analyze and support projects aimed at improving or modifying assigned systems or programs
- Identify, investigate, and report issues while collaborating with the team to implement enhancements, escalating as necessary
- Clearly and proactively communicate issues
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, and other departments to identify and validate solutions
- Develop and maintain business process flows, ISO Procedures, and administrative documentation promptly and systematically
- Analyze and support supply chain exceptions and enhancements using inventory, cost, and delivery data
- Employ programming languages for better data collection and distribution
- Utilize business intelligence platforms to generate and share reports based on operational insights
- Perform advanced analysis and administration tasks with backend systems like Oracle
- Coordinate with other Garmin locations to support global supply chain objectives
- Exhibit Garmins Mission, Vision, and Values consistently
- Follow all policies and standards
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Analyst 2 to join our team in Olathe, KS. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in analyzing and assisting with moderately complex systems, programs, and processes used globally within our Operations departments.
