- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role

- Ensure the availability, integrity, and proper functioning of the companys IT hardware and software
- Install and configure workstations, software, and operating systems
- Maintain, repair, and ensure the optimal performance of hardware and software
- Conduct preventive maintenance on IT systems
- Serve as a resource person, providing training and answering inquiries
- Document interventions and keep technical records and inventory up to date
- Design, implement, and monitor automated reports
- Apply and promote best practices regarding security: passwords, antivirus, and updates
- Respond in emergencies to restore services and prevent interruption of ongoing activities
- Ensure compliance with current standards, policies, and regulations
- Participate in various internal projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned
