Business Solution Architect/Product Lead

- Lead the design and architecture of Cyberbank solutions tailored to client requirements while adhering to industry best practices - Define and facilitate discovery sessions to assess high-level business solutions - Develop the discovery plan and perform functional gap/delta analysis in cooperation with key project leaders and stakeholders - Conduct solution demonstrations and workshops to exhibit Cyberbank software capabilities and solicit client feedback - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the value of our Cyberbank solutions - Design client solutions by leveraging existing Cyberbank Core features to minimize gaps and better meet client needs - Build, manage, and prioritize the project backlog through continuous refinement - Create project roadmaps and define the scope for each sprint - Serve as the primary contact for clients to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, and vision - Collaborate with Solution Architects to identify external vendors and dependencies - Work with Business Analysts to create and refine user stories along with clear acceptance criteria - Assist the team in setting sprint goals and communicating them effectively to the Development Team - Validate that end-to-end functionality aligns with business and client requirements - Keep the team and stakeholders updated on backlog status, sprint progress, risks, and issues - Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and Project Managers to share insights and proactively resolve product and story-related challenges - Facilitate Sprint Review Demos - Collaborate on process improvement for established documents, tools, and key project deliverables based on insights and experiences - Support pre-sales activities such as solution scoping, requirements gathering, and proposal development as necessary
