Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and CATS functionalities
- Experience with SAP Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS), or Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Technical skills in ABAP programming, Fiori, and SAP Gateway
- Familiarity with SAP data entry interfaces (CAT2, CATS_DA, Fiori CATS)
- Knowledge of SAP data transfer processes and interface tables
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) clearance
- Willingness to travel as necessary
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize data entry profiles (DEPROs), screen layouts (CAT2), and system parameters for CATS
- Oversee data transfer (posting) from CATS to other SAP modules such as HR, Controlling, Project System, Plant Maintenance, and Customer Service
- Provide functional and technical support for time entry using SAP GUI, Fiori, or Employee Self-Service portals
- Create and enhance custom ABAP programs, including BAdIs and User Exits, to fulfill specific business needs
- Troubleshoot data entry issues, manage worklists, and maintain data integrity for time and cost allocation
- Assist in reporting for cost analysis, project oversight, and payroll processes
