Generative AI Developer

- Lead the design and development of autonomous, multi-step AI agents (workflows) utilizing LLMs and orchestration to streamline complex business processes (e.g., research automation, document handling, data synthesis). - Create workflow automations employing orchestration tools like n8n (or other equivalents), linking APIs, event triggers, data sources, and AI models into comprehensive solutions. - Develop, deploy, and maintain Generative AI solutions leveraging both cloud and open-source ecosystems, such as Microsoft Azure services and open-source frameworks like Ollama, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face stacks. - Contribute to the design and implementation of conversational AI systems (chatbots, virtual assistants) that can perform business tasks and enhance user interaction. - Utilize advanced techniques like prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, and model optimization to ensure high performance, accuracy, and reliability of deployed agents. - Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, product owners, and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI workflows into enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements. - Establish testing, monitoring, optimization, and governance frameworks for AI agents, covering performance metrics, reliability, bias mitigation, ethical AI adherence, and scalability. - Document technical architecture, workflow designs, integration points, and operational procedures; engage in knowledge sharing and the establishment of best practices. - Keep up-to-date with advancements in generative AI, orchestration technologies, workflow automation, and the open-source ecosystem; contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives and innovation-driven projects.
