Requirements
Must:
- 6–8 years of Salesforce development and AI/automation expertise
- Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Platform, particularly Sales and Service Cloud

- Agile/Scrum experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents based on business cases
- Develop independent workflows using Agent Builder, Flows, and Einstein AI
- Define goals, topics, decision pathways, guardrails, and escalation scenarios for agents
- Apply best practices in prompt engineering to ensure accurate and contextual outputs
- Develop and customize solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows
- Integrate Agentforce with various Clouds and bespoke applications
- Create APIs and integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP
- Ensure compliance of AI agents with Salesforce security and governance standards
- Implement role-based access, permission sets, and trusted action protocols
- Monitor the performance and accuracy of agents utilizing Salesforce analytics
- Test agent reasoning paths, responses, and automation workflows
- Continuously enhance agent prompts and logic based on user interactions and feedback
- Resolve issues related to AI hallucinations, delays, or erroneous actions
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, architects, and admins to define use cases
- Document configurations, decision-making processes, and operational guidelines
- Assist in deployment, training, and post-launch monitoring
