Requirements
Must:
- Extensive release management experience in web systems, including CMS, applications, and services
- Familiarity with SCM tools such as SVN and Git
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies
- Experience with web server setups, particularly Apache and NGINX
- Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Bash, and Groovy
- 10+ years of release management experience
- 10+ years of management experience
- 5-10 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
- 5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- 10 years of experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- 5 years of experience with Content Management Systems
- 10 years of experience in DevOps practices
- 5-10 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Serverless Architecture is a plus
- Experience with web services is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end release management process for various web systems
- Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth releases
- Manage and maintain SCM tools to facilitate collaborative development
- Configure and optimize web servers to enhance application performance
- Write and maintain scripts to automate build and deployment processes
- Lead and mentor team members in best practices for release management
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment activities
- Ensure stringent quality control during the release phases
- Provide documentation and reporting on release activities and outcomes
