Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- At least 3 years focused specifically on Delinea (formerly Thycotic)
- Strong technical proficiency with Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager
- Expertise in Azure PIM, Conditional Access, and Managed Identities
- Comprehensive understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, GPOs, and Linux/Unix systems
- Proficient in scripting with PowerShell or Python for automation and SQL for reporting
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end implementations of Delinea products
- Ability to design and maintain secure workflows for credential management
- Strong analytical skills for compliance and risk assessment
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) ecosystem
- Lead the deployment and scaling of Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager
- Design, maintain, and manage secret workflows for various account types
- Implement and optimize secure remote access solutions
- Configure policies to enforce Least Privilege access for users
- Ensure interoperability between on-prem and cloud solutions involving Delinea
- Automate integration processes with Active Directory, SIEM, and ticket systems
- Manage account discovery to identify and secure unmanaged accounts
- Audit session activities for high-risk administrative tasks
- Generate and lead compliance audits and remediation processes

As a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) in privilege management, you will help safeguard our infrastructure and cloud environments. This position offers an attractive hourly rate of $70 to $75, and we foster a collaborative work environment that values innovation and expertise.
