Requirements
Must:
- A Masters degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Minimum of 18 months professional experience in business analysis
- At least 18 months of experience in analyzing and enhancing operational workflows and control procedures in a financial services context
- A minimum of 18 months working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to execute business operations processes and system enhancements
- At least 18 months of experience in testing and validating system and process enhancements to guarantee operational accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in Databricks, Excel, Figma, Jira, and SQL
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve operational workflows and control procedures
- Collaborate with various teams to implement business operations processes
- Test and validate system and process improvements for accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize tools such as Databricks and SQL in daily tasks
- Contribute to process documentation and reporting for operational excellence
