Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience
- Proficient in L1/L2 assessment of network systems, infrastructure, and collaboration tools
- Strong understanding of Microsoft applications, including O365 and patch management
- Familiarity with EDR and DSM tools for endpoint security
- Hands-on experience in providing executive support in fast-paced enterprise settings
- Knowledge of connectivity technologies such as ILL/MPLS/SD-WAN
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Capability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Genesys
Responsibilities
- Deliver executive-level IT support for senior leadership to minimize disruptions during meetings and conferences
- Provide remote and on-site assistance to end users across client offices
- Oversee laptop allocation, maintenance, and resolution of hardware/software issues
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for network, systems, and infrastructure
- Ensure optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Genesys)
- Manage patching and utilize EDR and DSM tools for endpoint security and compliance
- Address connectivity issues related to ILL/MPLS/SD-WAN
- Collaborate with OEMs, resellers, and service providers for escalated support (L3/TAC level exposure is a plus)
- Maintain accurate documentation and offer timely updates to stakeholders
- Occasionally travel to Coforge offices for critical IT support needs
