Requirements
Must:
- 9+ years of application development and programming experience utilizing ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, MS-SQL, Oracle, and SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Command Language
- Expertise in PowerShell
- Familiarity with multiple versions of Microsoft .NET
- Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework
- Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Desirable skills in Vault Command Line, Regular Expressions, Visual Basic, and batch programming (C/Linux/Unix)
- Competence with Windows performance monitoring tools and browser configurations
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Vault (source control)
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Office 365
- Understanding of healthcare systems, particularly Claims and Pharmacy, and Gainwells proprietary Interchange system

Responsibilities
- Act as the Technical Lead for our proprietary healthcare management systems supporting state government healthcare programs and services
- Enhance and support Client and Public-facing portals using the .NET Framework, including UI layer, webUI, SODA, and custom/AD providers
- Maintain and support SQL Server and SSRS instances for the portals
- Provide system-wide assistance including troubleshooting software issues and developing software real-time interfaces (RTI)
- Troubleshoot issues across all subsystems
- Design and develop GUI pages and panels for various subsystems
- Support miscellaneous Web Apps and Web Services
- Assist in application and code migrations across various environments (Test, MO, UAT, Production)
- Respond to help desk inquiries regarding the interchange application
- Execute Security Role Exports and Imports
- Manage Help Text Production Promotions and Help Text Promotions (Dev/Test, MO, UAT)
- Conduct monthly maintenance tasks such as Vault cleanup
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot systems-related issues, including network troubleshooting
- Provide backup support for UI code builds and promotions
- Address questions from other MMIS implementations
- Propose resolutions for RTI/issue developments
- Conduct SLA Compliance Reporting
- Lead code walkthroughs for system-wide and subsystem code modifications
- Design and develop support tools and their utilization (e.g., DNN Exception Reporting tool)
- Implement Client Change Orders through verification, coding, and testing
- Cross-train for vacation/emergency support of System Architect and occasionally assist other subsystems
- Monitor VM servers/applications, optimize disk space, and perform necessary cleanup
- Facilitate miscellaneous data backup and provide feedback on potential coding changes
- Mentor new developers and team members
- Provide on-call/after-hours support as required
- Manage secured access requests and password resets
- Modify Active Directory user accounts as needed
- Conduct monthly IIS Log Compression
- Assist the release coordinator team
- Help new developers set up the development environment on their computers
- Provide support and troubleshooting for user development environments
- Create and maintain systems documentation
- Develop and maintain code release build scripts
- Oversee server software installation, upgrades, and maintenance for applications, including development tools
- Encrypt sensitive information in configuration files for multiple environments
- Build and deploy internal access request tool releases across various environments
- Participate as a system-wide representative in annual DR drills
- Be adaptable and ready to perform various tasks at a moments notice
