Requirements
Must:
- Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in multitasking various work duties

- Capability to cross-train across different functions of the TPL team
- Competence in quickly and accurately entering data into spreadsheets, documents, and the State system

Responsibilities
- Assist in providing cost savings to the Client by researching and updating other health insurance plans
- Respond to requests from the Client, State agencies, Federal agencies, providers, members, and company representatives
- Research and address claims requiring investigation regarding other insurances
- Participate in claims auditing to ensure proper billing by providers to third-party payers
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all daily tasks meet service level agreements
