Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in healthcare, government, or regulated sectors.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities, with proven experience in managing review, approval, and feedback processes from stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-driven and flexible, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Eagerness to learn complex topics for effective collaboration with subject matter experts.

Responsibilities
- Create, revise, and oversee the production of communications for multi-vendor stakeholders and providers on behalf of our client, the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing.
- Collaborate closely with internal experts across Gainwell to gather necessary information, evaluate communication requirements, and craft clear, precise messages.
- Manage the complete content creation process, which includes drafting, internal reviews, client approvals, publication, and tracking changes for updates.
- Gain a robust understanding of the various subsystems within Gainwell.
- Anticipate and comprehend the experiences of providers.
- Deliver exceptional client service by foreseeing needs, adjusting to client preferences, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Identify errors, promptly escalate issues to leadership, and suggest process enhancements to mitigate future occurrences.
- Navigate multiple priorities in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
