Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of technical experience in product design and support in client enterprise products, preferably in health and human services
- Familiarity with technology architecture, product development life cycle, cloud technologies, and software as a service
- Proficient in user interface (UX) design using JavaScript, C#, Visual Studio, MVC, and SQL Server/Oracle (SQL scripting)
- Experience with Agile Scrum, GitHub, Entity Framework, LINQ expressions, Web services, web applications, Event Sourcing, Razor, and Kendo in CSHMTL is a plus
- Readiness to take the lead and mentor junior team members
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguous situations decisively

Responsibilities
- Engage in the complete product development cycle, executing complex product design tasks, debugging, system analysis, and release testing
- Examine defects identified by our quality assurance and product support teams
- Assist in creating end-user training courses to fill knowledge gaps regarding our products
- Collaborate with management, fellow developers, and cross-functional technical teams to manage client expectations and ensure specifications are adhered to
- Utilize your expertise to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on market developments, product systems and processes, network architecture, and interface capabilities
