Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Business or a related field)
- Over 7 years of experience in process enhancement, consulting, or organizational transformation
- Proficiency in business process re-engineering and technology environments
- Knowledge of process design, requirements management, and project management
Responsibilities
- Assist in operational and technical tasks while reporting to the Operations Manager
- Analyze, devise, and implement process enhancements utilizing data and technology
- Review existing processes, identify deficiencies, and propose scalable improvements
- Provide direct IT and programming assistance as needed
- Clearly communicate technical processes involving data transfers, systems, and phone/voice platforms
- Contribute to the advancement and refinement of technology products and applications
- Support TPL (Third Party Liability) operational procedures
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Create metrics, conduct root cause analyses, and monitor performance enhancements
- Serve as a liaison among teams for process refinement and systems integration
- Present training, updates, and briefings to stakeholders
- Evaluate risks, timelines, and costs associated with transformation projects
