Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Application Design, Development, Maintenance, and Delivery, including at least 3 years with Application Servers
- More than 5 years of experience with programming languages and frameworks such as C#, WPF, .Net, ASP.NET, RESTful services, LINQ to SQL, and WCF services
- Strong understanding of relational databases, including DB2 and SQL
- Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to analyze requirements while managing multiple tasks under pressure and working both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and construct component-based applications in a web/internet delivery environment
- Design and develop software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design
- Write software programming applications for both new and existing applications, including enhancements to websites, web applications, and infrastructure
- Modify existing software to rectify errors, adapt to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces for better performance
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to ensure programming code aligns with business requirements
- Monitor equipment functioning to ensure that systems operate as specified
- Consult with engineering teams to assess the interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements, and resolve customer issues
- Coordinate the installation of software systems
