Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or customer support
- Proficient in deploying and managing SIEM solutions
- Strong documentation capabilities
- Proven experience in training small to medium groups
- Background in Security Operations Center (SOC) or other cybersecurity services
- Demonstrated ability to handle escalations, both service and technical
- Experience managing customer relationships from a service outlook
- Knowledge of SIEM event triage and management
- Familiarity with network topology and services
- Experience with vulnerability management and remediation
- Understanding of endpoint protection technologies
Responsibilities
- Grasp the technical strategy of clients and align it with existing solutions, collaborating with Information Security and engineering teams
- Work with operational groups on security incident response and ensure appropriate logging and monitoring of devices and applications
- Possess architectural insight to discuss client solution security findings confidently
- Maintain a comprehensive view of all client-related activities and oversee progress
- Generate reports for various security services, particularly related to Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM)
- Manage vulnerability triage based on security scanning tool results, coordinating with teams for remediation
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients on inquiries about service additions or existing services
- Engage throughout the solution deployment lifecycle, from development to operational maintenance
