Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in a pertinent Business Analyst role, with 4-5 or more years specifically in Medicaid and Medicare sectors
- At least 5 years of experience in Claims, ideally in Professional / Pharmacy settings
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with computer programming principles, such as configuration, development, and batch processing
- Proficient in analytical software like Microsoft Excel or SQL and requirement-mapping tools, with a strong focus on analytical and business process re-engineering skills
- Exceptional communication and executive presence to articulate messages to business leaders, clients, and technical teams by converting client needs into actionable tasks
Responsibilities
- Gather and formulate business, functional, and non-functional requirements for designated project areas, with a high degree of autonomy
- Collaborate with Business and Technical Leads to develop design deliverables, translating approved requirements into detailed solutions
- Manage project solution components throughout their lifecycle, including writing descriptions, liaising with developers and testers, and coordinating status updates
- Draft and implement test cases while also providing support to Testers and Test Leads
- Conduct production verifications to ensure intricate solutions are correctly validated in live settings
- Document meeting minutes for internal and client meetings as assigned by the Project Manager or Business Lead
- Partner with Business and Technical Leads, Developers, Testers, and Subject Matter Experts to provide deep insights and expertise, ensuring high-quality solutions
