Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years in Configuration Management, Build, and Release Management
- Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, ServiceNow, OneNote, Jira, and Azure DevOps
- Experience in Configuration Status Accounting and Reporting
- Background in environment integration or database conversion management relating to release management
- Understanding of operational readiness, version definition, and lessons learned reviews
- Ability to support CM Baseline Verification Audits and ensure timely deployments meeting client expectations
- Excellent communication skills with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
Responsibilities
- Assemble the correct configuration items for application builds and manage releases to the appropriate environments consistently
- Maintain the release schedule and ensure timely completion of work related to environment flows
- Review status reports from project personnel and adjust schedules and plans as needed
- Ensure adherence to documented Change Management (CM) standards for all Change Orders (CO) and Configuration Items (CI)
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks for projects, builds, releases, and sprints
- Serve as a liaison between the applications and operations teams
- Oversee operational readiness, version definitions, and conduct lessons learned reviews
- Coordinate and direct the activities of project personnel to adhere to deployment schedules
- Communicate with stakeholders prior to and after deployments
- Log, assign, monitor, schedule, and verify issues throughout the release process
