Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in product management, software development, technical support, or consulting
- Familiarity with product systems design principles
- Experience in evaluating client business and technology demands and utilizing company software and hardware solutions
- Proficient in product development methodologies such as vision and strategy, business area architecture, iterative custom development, and accelerated application development
- Exceptional organizational abilities with capability to manage and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Background in Medicaid and/or healthcare industry claims adjudication, configuration, and processing
Responsibilities
- Lead the product management for core claims and encounter systems, enhancing user experience and customer value through improved usability and automation
- Gather, assess, and rank customer and product requirements to define product vision
- Collaborate closely with engineering, development, and manufacturing teams to supervise and validate product designs, enhancements, and quality control
- Create user experiences using human-centered design methods, pinpoint product features and iterative deliverables
- Measure ongoing product usability, prioritize improvements, and work continuously with product management and team to drive user experience enhancements and value
- Establish project milestones and deliverables, coordinating the completion of all aspects related to product deliverables
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify areas for product improvement
