Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience overseeing extensive enterprise delivery focused on data, analytics, and reporting
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership abilities, capable of managing governance, handling escalations, and conveying technical information in business terms
- Strong technical expertise in enterprise data warehousing and business intelligence, with an architectural understanding and hands-on leadership in EDW principles, data modeling, ETL/ELT methodologies, data quality controls, and reconciliation processes
- Hands-on experience or leadership with Databricks (preferred) or similar modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Redshift)
- Proficient in Power BI, including semantic model development, dashboard creation, and deployment best practices
- Advanced skills in SQL, data visualization, and report automation
- Proven success in complex, matrixed environments with both onshore and offshore delivery teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the engagement leader to ensure integrated delivery across various workstreams, dependencies, and team coordination, aligning scope, schedule, quality, and outcomes with client expectations
- Oversee client-facing delivery meetings, including regular program-wide updates and executive-ready status reports highlighting clear risks and mitigation strategies
- Enhance technical execution quality by establishing and enforcing delivery standards such as documentation, coding guidelines, peer reviews, and unit testing expectations
- Facilitate deployment coordination across various environments, confirm data readiness in target locations, and drive user validation and sign-off processes
- Guarantee reporting release readiness, which includes coordinating Power BI publishing processes across different environments and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
- Assist with staffing and financial forecasting inputs as well as budget cycle activities essential for maintaining on-track delivery
- Comply with applicable data governance, privacy, and security standards
