Community Engagement and SNAP Analyst

- Hold client-level responsibility for the product performance related to Community Engagement Verification, SNAP Verification, and SNAP Integrity. - Ensure effective performance of analytics, technology, vendors, and contact centers to create value for our clients. - Coordinate essential activities to manage the end-to-end process. - Provide support to sales initiatives targeting new CEV and SNAP clients. - Participate in the implementation activities for new clients. - Track performance metrics like client satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates to meet established targets. - Review and analyze business procedures to pinpoint revenue sources and cost-saving strategies through process enhancements and new initiatives. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance daily operations and maximize productivity, performance, and service quality. - Ensure compliance with key client deliverables and contractual Service Level Agreements. - Exhibit advanced project management skills, along with knowledge of Medicaid project management practices, software, and tools. - Engage with executives and staff across the organization. - Promote collaboration and communicate extensively to ensure alignment of goals between internal teams such as Account Management, IT, Implementation, Sales, Product, and other crucial stakeholders.
