Requirements
Must:
- Students in their junior or senior year pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Coursework or practical experience in Procurement, Accounting principles, and/or CRA. Understanding of IT Service Management concepts, ServiceNow navigation, and general IT workflows.
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), basic SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Capability to produce clear and structured documents, such as business requirements and process documentation.
- Detail-oriented and organized, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting projects in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
- Experience in managing independent projects focused on process optimization, automation, developing scripts, analyzing data, and providing recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in crafting business requirements, documentation, and technical writing for new or revised processes.
- Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to enhance operational decision-making. Utilize ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks to improve ticketing processes and service activities.
- Conduct research and evaluation of business objectives, ensuring alignment of IT solutions with business goals, while acting as the communication link between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Help in developing and executing test scenarios to confirm that system changes function as intended. Carry out tests based on existing plans, analyzing outcomes during different phases.
- Support analysis related to procurement, data validation, and supplier reporting. Update and maintain process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures using Visio and other tools.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables across initiatives. Work alongside cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to address real-world challenges.
