Requirements
Must:
- Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience or coursework in Procurement, Accounting principles, or CRA.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management concepts and ServiceNow navigation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), SQL basics, and data visualization tools.
- Capable of creating coherent, well-structured documents such as business requirements and process documentation.
- Detail-oriented and organized, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to interpret data, identify trends, and contribute to projects in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
- Experience in independent project ownership, including process optimization and automation, as well as data analysis and solution recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in developing business requirements, documentation, and technical writing for new or updated processes.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to assist operational decision-making.
- Conduct research to assess business goals and align IT solutions with business initiatives; serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
- Create and implement test scenarios to verify system modifications are functioning as intended; analyze test results across different phases.
- Support procurement-related analysis, validate data, and generate supplier reports; maintain and refine process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures with tools like Visio.
- Partner with project managers to track milestones, risks, and deliverables; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including developers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to tackle real-world challenges.
