Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and convert them into technical specifications and solution designs that adhere to ERP best practices and development standards.
- Develop and tailor ERP modules, functionalities, and automation features using programming languages and ERP development tools to fulfill specific business needs.
- Integrate ERP systems with other enterprise applications, cloud solutions, databases, and external systems using middleware technologies such as REST and SOAP to ensure smooth data interchange and automated processes.
- Plan, organize, and oversee software development projects from inception to completion, encompassing requirements collection, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Identify and implement enhancements for process optimization, automation, and efficiency within software development and business workflows, employing tools, methodologies, and best practices to boost productivity.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to assess, develop, and integrate software solutions and services, maintaining vendor relations and ensuring the quality of deliverables and adherence to contractual commitments.
- Research, analyze, and suggest new technologies, tools, and platforms to refine business operations, enhance system capabilities, drive innovation, and stay updated with industry trends and emerging best practices.
- Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials, and offer training and support to end users and IT personnel to ensure effective adoption of business solutions.
