- I will understand in detail the current and future business environment to effectively anticipate, identify, and fully meet business needs. - As an ASP.NET web-forms Developer, I will proactively address concerns and questions, ensuring timely and professional communications or delegating as appropriate. - I will analyze end-to-end complex business processes and coordinate with IT to develop and implement solutions for information needs. - I will analyze and document business requirements for complex projects and contribute as a key member of teams that define, review, and approve requirements for business solutions. - I will provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced employees and offer expert consulting regarding business and user needs. - I will participate in User Acceptance Testing (UATs) and perform quality reviews of test results, as well as participate in project estimates. - I may write manuals, Requests for Change, and procedures, as well as assist with training, change management, and communications associated with system implementations. - I will identify, propose, and influence solutions to complex business problems and contribute to business case development. - I will develop and implement intranet web applications using ASP.Net and integrate new applications and functionality with existing websites utilizing classic ASP, Javascript, and VBScript. - I will collaborate with business analysts to develop technical design documentation and document as-built applications. - I will analyze, develop, and deliver quality business software while taking responsibility for the complete system development that integrates existing libraries. - I will provide effort estimates and prioritize activities, manage change requests, and navigate a complex release process while applying the latest web technologies to applications.
