Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Basic knowledge of Help Desk support functions
- Proficient in troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and parts replacement
- Skilled in installing, decommissioning, and imaging desktop and peripheral devices (e.g., phones, printers, keyboards)
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support across various locations in the Los Angeles area
- Address and resolve Help Desk queries and technical issues
- Perform equipment maintenance, including break/fix services and parts swaps
- Install and decommission computing devices and peripherals as needed
- Assist in imaging systems for deployment
Description
We are seeking an IT Technician to join our dynamic team in the Los Angeles area for a project-based role, expected to last from 6 months to a year with potential for extension. Our team operates in multiple locations throughout LA, and you will have the opportunity to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
