Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Over 3 years of experience in automation, systems integration, or applied AI within an IT or business environment.
- Practical experience in implementing automation or workflow solutions in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Exceptional communication abilities to relay technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with AI & Generative AI tools, including platforms like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Ecosystem, including Office 365 and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of API integration, low-code/no-code automation, and RPA tools.
- Experience in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
- Understanding of process mapping and documentation, change management, and Agile project environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and implement AI and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on emerging AI technologies, keeping the organization updated on advancements and best practices.
- Assess the risks associated with AI initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve workflows and streamline processes.
- Provide training and support for implemented solutions to ensure user adoption.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about technological advancements in the AI field.
