Technical Product Manager – Secure Endpoint Experience

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or a similar role delivering technology products at enterprise scale
- Proven ability to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams
- Experience liaising with cybersecurity, compliance, or risk teams to balance user requirements with security and regulatory standards
- Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, financial services) including audit, compliance, and data protection requirements (preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge of modern endpoint management, MDM/UEM platforms, and/or VDI technologies (preferred)
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience utilizing data and metrics to guide product decisions and assess success (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders (preferred)
- Proven ability to lead within a global, matrixed organization, influencing without direct authority and achieving consensus among varied stakeholders (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the product strategy and long-term roadmap for endpoint platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, VDI) and secure print services
- Convert enterprise goals, security needs, and colleague expectations into a clear product vision, measurable outcomes, and prioritized initiatives
- Continuously monitor the market and technology landscape to identify opportunities for modernization, simplification, and innovation in endpoint experience
- Maintain the product backlog and define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business value
- Collaborate closely with engineering, systems administration, and operations teams to schedule releases, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery
- Balance immediate operational requirements with long-term strategic investments, ensuring the roadmap supports scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness
- Advocate for the end-user experience by leveraging user feedback, journey mapping, and usability insights
- Establish and monitor experience-focused KPIs (e.g., device performance, issue rates, time-to-productivity, user satisfaction/NPS)
- Initiate projects that streamline device onboarding, application access, printing, and remote work while minimizing friction and downtime
- Ensure endpoint solutions comply with cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance standards across regulated environments
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Risk teams to translate policies into user-friendly product functionalities
- Prioritize and address security gaps, vulnerabilities, and compliance issues affecting endpoint platforms
- Partner with IT Operations, Security, Networking, Identity & Access Management, and business stakeholders to prioritize features, resolve issues, and foster innovation
- Facilitate alignment among global regions and business units, ensuring endpoint standards and solutions are consistent yet adaptable for local needs
- Clearly communicate roadmap updates, status, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders at various levels
- Utilize telemetry, analytics, and qualitative feedback to assess device health, performance, adoption, and user sentiment
- Identify trends and root causes of recurring issues and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to drive systemic improvements
- Measure and report on product performance (e.g., incident reduction, improved patch compliance, enhanced user satisfaction) and adjust strategies as needed
- Serve as the product owner and primary point of contact for key endpoint and secure print platform vendors and partners
- Evaluate vendor roadmaps, new features, and licensing structures; recommend solutions that align with enterprise objectives and budgetary constraints
- Ensure contracts and service agreements fulfill both security and user experience goals
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other product managers and team members focused on endpoint capabilities
- Advocate for modern product management practices, user-centric design, and outcome-based delivery within the broader IT organization
- Represent endpoint experience in enterprise architecture and digital workplace discussions, influencing wide-ranging strategic initiatives
