Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering (or equivalent training)
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant programming experience in manufacturing equipment and processes
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: C#/WPF, Python, C++, Javascript
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written, due to regular interactions with a global team
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, document them, and assess the effort required to resolve them
- Passion for technological innovation and a constant desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Capability to analyze the impact of technological choices made
- Proven experience in application development, preferably in a robotics or automation environment
- Demonstrated experience in interfacing hardware components with applications
- Solid understanding of system architecture principles and experience in designing robust software solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of applications for industrial production environments, collaborating closely with team members to ensure successful integration, acceptability, and implementation
- Define, develop, and evolve software in an agile environment using the latest technologies and programming standards
- Provide technical leadership for all software development activities
- Develop and implement new technologies and programming methodologies to enhance our robotics capabilities
- Actively participate in automation and the development of innovative work tools aimed at optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency
- Offer technical support for existing applications by identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and quality user experience
