Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution with at least 1 year of professional experience, OR
- Associates degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, OR
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience
- Military experience may be considered equivalent to professional experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory; no employment visa sponsorship available
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Microservices architectures
- Experience with agile project methodologies and tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Competence in business analysis and problem-solving
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and critical thinking
- Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Strong analytical skills and capability to grasp complex subjects
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with various levels within the organization
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees across GE Businesses
- Collaborate closely with operations to identify and resolve issues alongside end users and vendors
- Become a specialist in product service, actively seeking ways to enhance the user experience
- Address end user concerns by providing effective solutions
- Stay informed about system-wide updates and application deployments that may affect user access
- Manage escalations efficiently to ensure resolution
- Collaborate with product teams to design and test automation strategies
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
- Support initiatives aimed at continuous service enhancement and optimization
- Evaluate application performance and availability against service level agreements and operational responsibilities
- Strive to enhance business Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
- Identify strategies to simplify the end-user experience, including reducing ticket volumes and increasing self-service tool usage
- Participate in technology pilots to prepare for end-user support at launch
- Enhance customer satisfaction by improving support team quality, knowledge, and training
- Partner with regional teams and service owners to exchange best practices and insights
