Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of experience with SEO
- 4+ years of experience in WordPress development
- 4+ years of experience with CRM software
- Strong understanding of website ownership and management
- Proficiency in site architecture, performance optimization, and plugin management
- Familiarity with CMS tools, particularly WordPress, Beaver Builder, and Catapult
- Experience with multi-site and multi-brand environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and reporting practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for managing and enhancing our web ecosystem
- Rebuild and modernize multiple WordPress sites
- Ensure sites communicate a clear, unified message
- Optimize sites for conversion and SEO visibility
- Manage production deployments and oversee site performance
- Maintain fast load times for image-heavy pages
- Build and integrate CRM-connected landing pages
- Track and improve funnel performance under pressure
- Support content indexing and distribution for social media
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
